We have half a century of combined experience at Harness, ThoughtSpot, and Microsoft Azure, and the battle scars to prove it. War rooms on one end, deployment gridlock on the other, and developer flow crushed in the middle. Every release required navigating a maze of custom pipelines, wrestling with permissions, and rebuilding system context from scratch when outages hit. SRE, DevOps, and DevEx operated as isolated silos thus forcing senior engineers to endlessly fight fires instead of building scalable foundations. AI was the answer but not an easy one. We needed a way to build AI agents that never forget, reason across the entire stack, and self-improve every week while operating under the strictest security and governance policies.
