Program Description

Autoheal AI provides an automated on-call and incident management platform. By opting into our SMS service, you will receive critical system alerts, incident notifications, and status updates related to your monitored infrastructure.

Frequency

Message frequency varies based on user settings and the number of system incidents detected.

Support & Help

For help or support, reply HELP to any message you receive from us, or contact our support team at support@autoheal.ai.

Opt-Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply STOP to any message. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To re-join, simply sign up again through your Autoheal AI user profile.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your mobile data is protected. Use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
