Autoheal AI SMS Terms and Conditions
Last Updated: 07/15/2026
Program Description
Autoheal AI provides an automated on-call and incident management platform. Through our SMS service, you will receive critical system alerts, incident notifications, and status updates related to your monitored infrastructure.
Consent and Opt-In
Autoheal AI's SMS service delivers operational, transactional notifications only — incident alerts, on-call pages, escalations, acknowledgements, and system status updates. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this service.
You receive these messages because you opted in to them yourself in the Autoheal AI application. On your profile you enter or confirm your own mobile number and check a consent box agreeing to receive operational incident-alert SMS (and, for the same incidents, automated voice calls) from Autoheal at that number. Alerts are not enabled for a number until you have given this consent. By opting in you confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the number and are at least 18 years old or otherwise authorized to use it. Consent to receive these notifications is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
If you believe you are receiving Autoheal AI messages in error, reply STOP to unsubscribe immediately and contact us at support@autoheal.ai.
Frequency
Message frequency varies based on user settings and the number of system incidents detected.
Support & Help
For help or support, reply HELP to any message you receive from us, or contact our support team at support@autoheal.ai.
Opt-Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply STOP to any message. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To resume notifications later, reply START, or re-enable SMS notifications in your Autoheal AI profile.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Your mobile data is protected. Use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Related Terms
These SMS Terms supplement and are governed by our Terms of Service.
